中国台湾网9月5日讯 据台湾“中央社”报道，日本前首相安倍晋三国葬仪式27日举行，有关台湾出席代表人选及层级，台湾地区领导人蔡英文办公室副秘书长黄重谚今天（5日）回应称，无规定不能派现职重要官员出席，目前正与日方磋商人选，蔡英文公忙，不会自己前往。
China Taiwan Online, September 5th Daily News – According to a report from Taiwan’s “Central News Agency”, Japanese former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s state funeral will be held on the 27th. Concerning Taiwan’s attendance representatives, Taiwan’s Regional Leader Tsai Ing-wen’s office vice-secretary Huang Zhong Yan (Alex Huang) gave a response today (The 5th). Without provisions they cannot dispatch current, more important officials for attendance. Candidates are currently negotiating with the Japanese side. Additionally, Tsai Ing-wen is busy so she will not be going herself.
黄重谚上午接受台媒体人周玉蔻专访，被问及“如果由‘台日关系协会秘书长’苏嘉全代表出席是否层级太低？”他回应称“即便如此……”，但随即打住，笑称“不能用这种方式套话”。
This morning Huang Zhong Yan accepted a special interview with a Taiwanese media personality Clara Chou (Chou Yuh-kow). She asked, “Isn’t ‘Taiwan-Japan Relations Association’s vice-secretary’ Su Jia-chyuan’s level too low to represent Taiwan’s attendance?” He stated in his response, “Even so……,” But stopped immediately, then laughingly said, “I cannot use this kind of talk.”
主持人再问蔡英文是否会亲自前往，黄重谚称蔡英文事情多，不会自己去。至于台湾地区副领导人赖清德、台行政主管部门负责人苏贞昌会否代表参加，他称，台“立院”议期即将开始，他们时间上应该也比较忙。至于目前担任蔡英文“特使”窜访教廷的前台湾地区副领导人陈建仁是否会代表前往，黄重谚称“应该没有，他也蛮忙的。”
The host again asked whether or not Tsai Ing-wen will go herself, Alex Huang stated that Tsai Ing-wen has much business to do, so she cannot go herself. As far as Taiwan’s Regional Vice Leader William Lai Ching-te is concerned, whether or not the person in charge of the Taiwan administrative department, Su Tseng-chang, will take part as a representative, he stated that Taiwan’s “Legislative Yuan” discussion period is about to begin so they must also be comparatively busy. As for the current holder of office, Tsai Ing-wen’s “Special Envoy” to the Papacy is Taiwan’s Regional Leader Chen Chien-jen (Chen Jian Ren), who may or may not go to represent Taiwan. Alex Huang stated “He shouldn’t be because he is also quite busy.”
此前，针对赖清德赴日本出席安倍晋三葬礼，外交部发言人汪文斌表示，日本前首相安倍晋三突遭不幸辞世后，台湾当局借机搞政治操弄、做政治文章，其政治图谋不可能得逞。中方已在北京和东京向日方提出严正交涉，清楚表明了我们的立场。（编辑/李宁 审校/高斯斯）
